I had a wonderful five-night stay at this hotel, celebrating our wedding anniversary with a lovely river view from our room. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with the excellent amenities, such as the pool and gym. While it takes a bit of time to reach the town, the complimentary shuttle service is a bonus. However, the breakfast price varied depending on when you book, which I found a bit odd.
I found the hotel to be clean and well-kept, which was a plus. However, the overall atmosphere felt very empty and lacking in energy, with a silent lobby and deserted surroundings. The location seemed a bit off for the vibe I expected from Krabi, and for someone looking to enjoy the lively beach scene, it might not be the best fit.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, which was a nice touch, but the atmosphere felt really lacking. It was almost eerily quiet, and we felt a bit uncomfortable walking outside at night. While the staff was helpful in arranging our ferry to Koh Lanta, the overall vibe of the place made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. I appreciated that the hotel is Muslim-friendly, but the lack of dining options left me wanting more, especially for breakfast.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice shower. The pool area was nice for relaxing, but I found it disappointing that alcohol was not allowed on the premises. The service was lacking as it felt unwelcoming and they didn’t accommodate requests well. Overall, while the hotel has some good features, the strict rules around food and drink made for a less enjoyable experience.
My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The location is incredibly quiet, perfect for some relaxation, and I appreciated the clean rooms and environmentally friendly practices. However, the dining options were subpar for vegetarians, and I found the restrictions on alcohol and smoking quite limiting. The service could have been friendlier too, which affected the overall experience. If you're looking for tranquility, this place fits the bill, but be prepared for some compromises.
